1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing FRCR Physics you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice and, for a purchase, the applicable Terms of Sale and Paddle Buyer Terms. The service is an independent educational revision resource and is not operated or endorsed by the Royal College of Radiologists.
2. Educational / AI-Assisted Content Disclaimer
Question-bank materials, explanations and supporting content may be drafted, reviewed or enhanced with generative-AI tools and human editorial input. They are provided for examination revision, not for clinical decision-making. Users should verify clinically important information against current authoritative sources and the RCR curriculum.
3. Mastery, Leaderboards & Score Projection
Mastery scores, priority recommendations, readiness status, confidence intervals, leaderboard comparisons and projected examination scores are statistical study aids. They may use your past attempts, mocks and reported exam outcome. They do not guarantee an examination result and do not constitute an official RCR assessment.
4. Personal Licence & Intellectual Property
Paid access grants one named user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal revision during the access period. Question wording, explanations, graphics, badge designs and software are protected content. Systematic copying, scraping, redistribution, account sharing or publishing substantial question-bank content is prohibited.
5. Fair Use, Security & Suspension
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape the question bank, misuse support/email systems or use another person's account. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate security, fraud, abusive account sharing or material breach, subject to applicable consumer law.
6. Surveys, Community & Sharing
Optional community/leaderboard participation uses the nickname/avatar and performance statistics you choose to make visible within the service. Post-exam surveys may collect a reported exam result and may grant a private account-linked purchase discount. Native share controls create user-initiated share content; you decide which external app receives it.
7. Support & Data Protection Requests
Use the Support Portal for technical/account queries, billing assistance and data-protection requests. Data-protection rights are handled as verified requests to protect the platform's underlying data structures or question-bank content.
