Terms of Sale (Digital Question-Bank Access)

1. Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is shown as the merchant for the transaction and handles payment processing, applicable tax/VAT, invoices and its buyer/refund process. FRCR Physics receives the transaction/customer identifiers and status needed to grant and administer access, but does not receive full card details. Paddle's current Buyer Terms and privacy information also apply to the purchase.
2. Access Products
Unless a checkout explicitly states otherwise, FRCR Physics sells single-payment, time-limited access periods (for example 3, 6 or 12 months) and any other access product shown at checkout. A completed transaction grants the access period associated with the purchased Paddle price. There is no automatic renewal unless a product is expressly presented as recurring before purchase.
3. Digital Supply & Each Purchase's 14-Day Cancellation Period
Each access purchase has its own 14-day statutory cancellation period beginning when that purchase is made. If the access bought in a transaction is due to begin before those 14 days have elapsed, we ask separately for your express consent to begin digital supply during that period and your acknowledgement that your cancellation right is lost once supply of the digital content bought in that transaction begins. Once Paddle confirms the transaction has completed, we retain that transaction-specific acknowledgement against the completed purchase, including its wording/version and timestamp. An abandoned or cancelled checkout does not create a completed-purchase waiver record. If you already have at least 14 days of access remaining, the newly purchased period is normally scheduled to begin only after your existing access ends; because its digital supply is then not due to begin within that purchase's 14-day cancellation period, no immediate-supply waiver is requested at checkout. If an earlier purchase is later cancelled or revoked, later paid access periods are brought forward so that paid access continues as early as possible. If bringing a later purchase forward would make it begin inside its own 14-day cancellation period and no acknowledgement was previously required for that purchase, we obtain a separate transaction-specific immediate-supply acknowledgement before requesting the earlier purchase's cooling-off refund.
4. Cooling-Off Cancellations, Refunds & Evidence of Supply
Where the cancellation right for a purchase has not already been lost through digital supply, you may ask to cancel that purchase within its 14-day cooling-off period. FRCR Physics will only offer a full refund for that transaction: no partial or pro-rata refund is offered for unused time. A cooling-off refund is not available after the 14-day period has ended or after you first access a Practice or Mock question supplied under that purchased access period. We record that first question access against the access period and transaction. If another paid access purchase remains after a refund, its supply period (and any later paid periods) is brought forward so you do not lose access merely because the earlier purchase was refunded; each remaining purchase retains its full purchased duration. Any separate immediate-supply acknowledgement needed because of that rescheduling is recorded against the affected later transaction. Refund requests are submitted to Paddle as full-transaction refunds and may be subject to Paddle's approval workflow. Once a transaction has been fully refunded, you must not seek duplicate recovery of the same payment; however, nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory rights or payment-dispute rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a dispute or chargeback alleges non-delivery or non-use, we may provide Paddle with the relevant transaction-specific purchase, consent, scheduled supply, first-use and refund evidence. Exam outcome alone does not establish that the digital service was defective or not supplied. Mandatory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming digital content are unaffected.
5. Survey-Completion Private Discounts
Where enabled, completing the restricted post-exam survey may grant an account/email-linked private discount entitlement. The percentage, eligible products and expiry are set by FRCR Physics at the time the entitlement is granted. The discount is applied through an eligible Paddle transaction and is not transferable. A displayed reward does not extend beyond its recorded expiry or eligible price(s).
